Prices are for labor only! (Contractors provide all materials)

6/12 and below $45 per sq.

7/12 & 8/12 $65 per sq.

9/12 & above $85 per sq.

(installation price includes drip edge, ice and water shield, felt and shingles)

Ridgevent is hand installed using 3" nails @ $2 per linear foot

Step and Vertical flashing is installed @ $.50/ft (Counter flashing is bid seperately)

Skylight flashing kit $50 per

Bay Window $45 per

Eyebrow $35 per

Roof stocking charge: $3/sq. if shingles are boomed up

$6/sq. if materials are loaded from ground

A $50 charge will be applied for any return trip requested by contractor.

(i.e., running short on materials, finishing after bricklayers and waterproofing a house before shingle installation date to beat weather conditions)

Affordable Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. is a Prefered Contractor for CertainTeed and Owens Corning. We offer a one-year warranty on our labor or CertainTeed and Owens Corning offer extended warranties for thier shingles, that can be purchased through us. All warranties are fully transferable.
